summarize the chapter titled "Special Circumstances"
Tally Arrived at special circumstances and Dr.cable talked about shay and how they need to find her and her friends because they may have been tricked into going. Tally refused to tell on Shay. So doctor cable said until she does she wont turn pretty. Tally goes home to her dorm.
